Place an order with us and a designer from our design team will turn your vision into a Snapchat and/or TikTok filter!

Once you have approved your filter proof, we will send a final email that provides two easy ways to access your filter. The first is a clickable URL link that takes your guests directly into their app and loads the filter so they can use it immediately. Alternatively, we also provide an event QR code that you can share via email; on a Snapcode poster or tablecard. Your guests simply open their camera and scan the code, thats it! Its ready to use, share and enjoy!

As long as you have the URL link or have scanned the QR code once before, it will be saved in your filters on Snapchat and/or TikTik camera, allowing you to use it at any time, anywhere.

Processing time for template orders take 1-2 days, while custom orders usually take 2-4 days to complete. Orders that have cartoon imagery need at least 3 days to process. Please take into consideration that TikTok filters may require 24 hours in order to be approved by them.

We suggest ordering in advance to avoid receiving your final filter product after your requested start event time. If you need your filter sooner, we do offer a rushed service where an additional rush fee will be applied.

A Rush Fee is something we charge when you need your order sooner than the design turnaround time. All template orders placed within 24 hours of the event start time will be subjected to a $19 rush fee. All custom orders will be subjected to a rush fee of $30 when placed within 48 hours of the event start time.

Our designers create custom filters from scratch. For this reason, it takes more time to design them. Custom filters also allow us to work more one-on-one with the customer and require more attention to detail.

Geofilter Studio reserves the right to submit a filter to Snapchat and Instagram without explicit approval from the customer if the order was placed within 4 hours of the requested start time. If the final email was already sent out to the customer, to request any changes, please respond to your proof email and we will do everything possible to change your filter design!

We work with every customer one-on-one to ensure complete satisfaction. We do allow minor revisions to every design at no additional fee. We recommend providing as much detail as possible when placing the order to help us understand what you’re looking for. You can even send us examples or reference pictures to help illustrate your desires. Major revisions may be subjected to an additional charge depending on the requested artwork.

If the designer has not sent you the initial proof, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. However, if the initial proof and/or final product email has been sent to you, there will be no refunds for your order.

Not quite! After approving your filter proof, the designer will activate your filter. You will then receive a final email containing your Snapcode and/or TikTok filter, link and instructions on how to use the filter! If you do not receive this email, please contact via email to orders@geofilter.studio.

Geofilter Studio has no direct control pertaining to any technical errors provided by Snapchat or TikTok. Due to Geofilter Studio being a design company, only a credit will be provided. We cannot guarantee a full or partial refund for activation fees or for reasons other than mentioned previously. Rush fees are a non-refundable fee.

You pay the full amount owing for your filters via credit card when you place your order. This website is built in Shopify, so keep an eye on your email inbox for a receipt of purchase and for your filter design updates and instructions on how to access the filter once approved by TikTok and Snapchat.

Snapcodes are Snapchat’s version of a QR code, which allows users to add new friends, unlock filters and lenses, and gain access to exclusive content.

1. Choose from our selection of templates or create a custom filter!

2. Customize the text, colours, and other details on your design using our form fields.

3. Once the customer approves the design, a designer will activate the filter.

4. Final email will be sent with Snapcode, link and instructions.

5. Share your Snapcode with your guests and apply it to your photos and videos!

Snapcodes can be scanned from posters, brochures, table toppers, computer screens, friends’ devices and much more!

TO ACCESS YOUR FILTER, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Open your Snapchat app
2. Go to your Snapchat camera
3. Press, hold and hover over the Snapcode until the filter shows up on your screen
4. Take a picture or video

5. To re-use the filter without scanning the code: open Snapchat camera and scroll until you see filter

OPEN FROM A SHARED LINK:
To scan a Snapcode using a shared link, follow these steps:
1. Open your device, tap the link
2. When prompted, tap the Open Snapchat button to launch the app

Nope! All you have to do is open your Snapchat camera, swipe through the filters until you find your personal filter. Once you found it, select it to re-use it!
