Where do filters work?
Your filter can be accessed using the link or code we send for your selected platform. Share the link with guests before your event, or display the code at your event. Guests open the filter in Snapchat or TikTok to use it in their photos and videos. It does not automatically appear based on the event location.
How long will it take to get my filter?
Select a delivery option in the order form to see the timing and any rush fee. Standard template delivery is within 2–3 days. Please allow at least 2 days for TikTok. Custom designs and add-ons may take longer; check the timing shown for your product.
